Goodyear Tire & Rubber appointed David Anckaert as Chief of Product Strategy and Planning, reporting to Chief Executive Officer and President Mark Stewart, with immediate effect.

"David is a natural fit to lead the development of Goodyear's global product, services, and solutions portfolio to maximise our end-to-end customer value proposition," Stewart said. "I am confident that David's leadership and our talented product teams around the world will enable a globally connected approach that will provide vitality in the marketplace and fill white space with Goodyear's industry-leading products."

Anckaert, who joined Goodyear in 2000, has held various roles in research and development, sales and marketing. He was named vice president of Commercial Europe in 2018 before serving as vice president of Consumer Replacement Europe. Most recently, he was vice president of the Europe, Middle East, and Africa consumer business.

In his new role, Anckaert will oversee Goodyear’s product roadmap and lifecycle planning, using data-driven market insights to identify opportunities, drive innovation, and develop a global product portfolio.

 Dufournier Technologies has appointed Olivier Desrayaud as its new Managing Director recently. Desrayaud, who previously served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) since October 2022, takes on the leadership role at the company.

By receiving the highest recognition based on the sustainability analysis of approximately 7,700 companies conducted by S&P Global, Pirelli has once again earned a spot among the top one percent of companies in the 2025 Sustainability Yearbook and become the only tyre manufacturer to be featured on a global level.

The outcome is based on Pirelli's performance in the Dow Jones Sustainability World and Europe Indices, as well as the company's top score (84 points) in the Auto Components and Automotive sectors of S&P Global's 2024 Corporate Sustainability Assessment.

Moveero has appointed Luca Pini as Key Account Manager for Europe, targeting strategic growth in the off-highway wheel sector.

Based at the company's Brescia, Italy research and development facility, Pini brings over 20 years of experience working with original equipment manufacturers globally. His expertise spans sales, technical, commercial, and key account management domains.

John Madsen, Commercial Director for Europe, highlighted Pini's extensive background, noting his previous roles at Goodyear and Trelleborg Wheel Systems. "I am delighted to welcome Luca to our European sales team; he brings a great deal of knowledge and expertise in the off-highway wheel sector," Madsen said.

Pini will work closely with European operations of key customers John Deere and AGCO. Madsen emphasized that Pini joins at a pivotal moment, stating: "Luca joins at an exciting time in moveero's development, and he will play a key role in the continuing evolution of our business."

Bekaert has appointed Inge Schildermans as Group Technology & Innovation Officer, expanding her responsibilities from her previous role as Senior Vice President at the company.

In her recent LinkedIn announcement, Schildermans expressed enthusiasm for her new position, emphasising her commitment to driving technological advancement and innovation. "This new position allows me to further drive our commitment to technological advancement and innovation within the company," she stated.
